CHECK-IN:
To ensure complete relaxation, we recommend that you should arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Use this time to slip into a spa attire, sandals

LATE ARRIVAL:
Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more are cancelled or rescheduled. Please understand that if you arrive late, your service shall finish at the original schedule time and you will be charged a full service price.

CHECK-OUT:
We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we may be sure to accomodate your wish.

SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS:
Pala'zio Salon and Day Spa requires a credit card to reserve all spa treatments. Please have your credit card or gift card number ready when booking your services. Your card will not be charged at the time of scheduling, however, you will be charged up to 50% of your service cost if you fail to show up for your service.

APPOINTMENT IS RECOMMENDED:
Please note that friday, saturday, and sunday appointments fill up quickly and should be scheduled 7 days in advance for better availability. Spa packages request must be made one or two weeks in advance.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION:
Please notify us at least 24 hours of any changes to the schedule. A 50% fee will be charged for any changes less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. A 100% fee will be charged for no-shows. All charges will be made to your credit card or gift card.

PAYMENT:
We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, personal checks, and Pala'zio gift card only. Reservervations may be secured with your credit card number.

RETURNS:
If for any reason you are not satified with a product, please notify us within 7 days for store credit only. Cosmetic brushes, and gift cards are final sale and may not be returned. No cash refund on services. Gift card is not redeemable for cash. All services are non-refundable.

GRATUITIES:
Gratuities are not included in our prices. Standard tips are 15-20% of service price. Gratuities envelopes are provided at front desk. Tip may be added to check, credit card, or gift certifcates.

RESERVATIONS:
All reservations must be held witha credit card to avoid a 50% charge of the cost of all treatments scheduled. We require a 24 hours cancellation notice and 48 hours for packages. When scheduling an appointment, we require a credit card to reserve your time. Your credit card will not be charged until your service is received.

PARTY BOOKING:
Weddings, baby showers, birthday parties, and anniversaries are welcome. Please call us for arrangements. Any party booking will require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of services. If any cancellation is less than 48 hours of appointment time, the deposit will be non-refundable.

AMENITIES:
We recommend that you arrive to the spa in comfortable clothing at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We provide teas, bottled water, etc...

PERSONAL PROPERTY:
Pala'zio Day Spa is not responsible for your personal belongings. We recommend not to bring any valuable item to the spa. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items left in robes, rooms, or lockers.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS:
Please advise us in advance of any medical conditions such as prenancy or medication you are taking. They will advise you which treatments are best for you.

MISCELLANEOUS:
Rude, loud, discourteous or disorderly guest will be asked to leave. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

SPA ETIQUETTE:
Please contribute to the sevenity by speaking softly and turn off your cell phone when entering the spa. Pala'zio Day Spa strives to maintain a peaceful and sanitary environment for all of our guests.

CHILDREN:
Children are not allowed in the spa unless receiving a treatment. Pala'zio Day Spa personel can not be responsible for supervising children in the lobby or any other area of the spa.

SPA GUEST:
Guest must be 16 years of age or older. We are unable to provide services to guest whose accompanied by childrens. As a courtesy to our spa guests, the use of cell phones and cameras are not permitted in any spa area. Smoking is strictly prohibited.

ATTIRE:
Please dress comfortable. We recommend that you leave jewelry at home. Please bring bathing suit if you wish to get body treatment.
